Is the Pledge Form a mandatory thing?
No. But there are fabulous incentive prizes (see above) if you do decide to collect pledges. People who pledge more than $20 will be issued a tax-receipt from the Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association. It is the responsibility of the HRC participant to collect funds and ensure that the name and address information is correct. Please note rewards are not cumulative.
