Raise Donations to Register

This year we are offering a new way to get involved and register for the event for people who may want to participate without having to pay the registration cost. All you have to do is follow these steps:

1. Print this form and use it to raise $150 or more per participant in donations for the Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association of BC (SBHABC).
2. Send in the completed form and all funds raised by July 18 to SBHABC-HRC, PO Box 47, Port Coquitlam, BC. V3C 3V5. You will then be registered as a participant in the event and you’ll be eligible for some great prizes.
3. Show up at one of our pre-event registration times to pick up your event package early or arrive on the day of the event and collect your event package and prizes.
